In 2024, our founder spent three weeks trying to hire a trusted plumber in Milan. Every recommendation was a friend-of-a-friend, every quote different, every timeline fiction. That week, Fixaro was sketched on a napkin at Bar Luce.
We talked to 200 craftsmen in Italy, Poland, and Germany. The pattern was everywhere: skilled people doing great work, stuck marketing themselves with flyers and Facebook. We built the platform they wished existed.
